The Plastic Surgeons of Loma Linda University provide world-class comprehensive care for the aesthetic and reconstructive patients of the Inland Empire. They are the largest group of board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeons in Southern California. They have performed numerous pioneering procedures in plastic surgery, and are national leaders and pioneers in cosmetic surgery, breast reconstruction, skin substitutes, wound healing, complex microsurgery, and facial trauma. They train 12 plastic surgeons in their residency program and serve the patients of Loma Linda, Redlands, San Bernardino, Rialto, Fontana, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Corona, Norco, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Temecula, and Palm Springs with their exceptional skills. Subhas Gupta, MD, PhD, FRCSC, FACS, is the Chair of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Loma Linda University. He is also the Director of the Residency Training Program. He focuses his practice on aesthetic surgery of the face, body, and breast, complex wound reconstruction, and hand surgery. Michael E. Hill, MD, PhD, FACS, is a broadly trained plastic surgeon with a PhD in Anatomy. His specialized knowledge of the body helps him excel at breast, body, and facial contouring and reconstruction. Gurmander Kohli, MD, FACS, enjoys the variety that plastic surgery offers specializing in cosmetic surgery with an emphasis in rhinoplasty, body contouring, and 3D Body Imaging. Mark Martin, MD, DMD, FRCSC, is dual trained in plastic surgery and dentistry with an additional fellowship in craniofacial surgery from Johns Hopkins Medical Center. He is a member of the Craniofacial Team at Loma Linda University Medical Center and specializes in maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction. Andrea Ray, MD, is the Assistant Director of the Plastic Surgery Residency Training Program. She completed a fellowship in craniofacial surgery and her practice focuses primarily on pediatric plastic surgery. She is a member of the Craniofacial Team at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Frank Rogers, MD, MBA, FACS, is fellowship trained in hand surgery and oncology and focuses his practice on upper extremity surgery and skin cancer reconstruction. Maya Spaeth, MD, is fellowship trained in hand surgery and practices the most up-to-date hand surgery procedures available. She is also well trained in microsurgical reconstruction. Allen Gabriel, MD, serves as the Research Director for the Department. He has completed a specialized breast surgery fellowship and has extensive experience in research design and execution.
