Dr. Gear remains committed to ongoing training with nationally recognized experts in cutting-edge technologies such as Smartlipo, the SmartXide DOT laser, and Natural Fat Transfer.

Minimally invasive technology
Thanks to technological advances in cosmetic surgery, less invasive techniques become available every year. The Refine Institute is committed to offering the latest proven methods in less-invasive surgery so we may offer our patients an optimized outcome while reducing recovery time. Although the scalpel is still necessary in many cases, it can now be supplemented or even replaced with newer technologies such as laser-assisted liposuction, and fractionated CO2 skin resurfacing.
