We are located west OSF Hospital on Roxbury Rd. Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM/closed 12-1pm. Cosmetic Consultation fee is $60, we accept most insurances. We have Botox Day twice a month at $8.50/unit. Performs surgery at all Rockford Hospitals and two local ambulatory surgery centers.
