Plastic Surgery Specialists is the largest plastic surgery center in Annapolis, bringing together the expertise of five board-certified plastic surgeons with more than 55 years of combined experience.

The 7300 square-foot facility combines a surgical center and medical offices within the same complex and is staffed by an experienced team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and M.D. anesthesiologists.

Dr. Spittler was born in Cleveland, Ohio. His medical degree was completed at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in Rootstown, Ohio. He completed his general surgery residency at Meridia Huron Hospital, in Cleveland, Ohio and completed his Plastic Surgery Residency at University of Wisconsin Hospitals in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Spittler completed a Fellowship in Breast and Cosmetic Surgery at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC.
