Dr. Samimi, board-certified in plastic surgery, has many years of experience in plastic surgery. He specializes in breast surgery, including breast augmentation, breast lifts and breast reconstructions. As the former Chief of Plastic Surgery at the University of Arizona, he was recognized for his contributions to this field. Dr. Samimi now is in private practice in downtown San Diego. He is on staff and performs surgery at a number of hospitals and surgery centers in San Diego and the Temecula area.
As a long-time participant in the Mentor Silicone Implant Adjunct Study, Dr. Samimi is very familiar with the use of silicone implants.
