Dr. Harper enjoys practicing in Tallahassee where he is a native to this beautiful coastal area. Although the practice of plastic surgery keeps him busy, he does find time to enjoy one of his favorite pastime, fishing in the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Dr. Harper has a keen interest in cosmetic surgery and a special interest in breast reconstruction. He enjoys working closely with the dermatologists in the area with the reconstructive surgery following Mohs skin cancer removal.
