Paces Plastic Surgery is located in the heart of Buckhead. The center is a state of the art outpatient surgicenter. Dr. Codner is a Board Certified plastic surgeon who specializes in plastic surgery to improve the appearance of the breasts as well as a specialist in oculoplastic surgery of the eyelids. He is extensively published and teaches the latest techniques through lectures and performing live surgical demonstrations. Dr. Codner is Chairman of the Atlanta Breast Surgery Symposium which teaches hundreds of plastic surgeons who come from around the world each year to Atlanta. He has produced several DVDs which demonstrate the advancements of breast augmentation, mastopexy, reduction and reconstruction. During your consultation, you will be able to see photography of actual patients before and after surgery as well as have computer imaging to help define the size and shape you desire. Dr. Codner is one of the few surgeons in Atlanta to use the technique of Transaxillary Endoscopic Augmentation with a tiny incision in the armpit to avoid scars on the breast. He is also an approved investigator to use silicone implants for a select group of patients.
