In most cases Dr Volpe prefers to place implants under the chest muscles to give a long-lasting natural result. Incisions can be placed either along the lower border of the nipple, the fold under the breast or for some, in the armpit area. Breast lifts are sometimes also performed to elevate a sagging breast- the various techniques for this are thoroughly discussed beforehand.
