My practice has evolved over the 10 years in Honolulu. A vast majority of my practice involves the creation of natural and shapely breasts with saline implants. I prefer a below the muscle placement of the breast implants through a tiny incision at the base of the nipple and not the areola. This leaves an almost invisible incision and yet maintains nipple sensitivity. My patients are amazed with the shape and the natural look of their breasts with virtually invisible scars.
