Dr. DeLoach has been a innovator since beginning his practice. He has brought or helped to bring new techniques as well as new technology to Savannah. Being honored to serve as Chief of Staff at Memorial Medical Center, he was instrumental in planning many of the current services, such as Same Day Surgery, the 23-Hour Unit and the Hyperbaric Oxygen Unit. He was the first Memorial Chief of Staff to serve two consecutive terms.
