Dr. Rodriguez has been practicing in Baltimore since 1991 and is board certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. In 1988, Dr. Rodriguez completed his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Yale University Medical School. After finishing his residency, he was invited to join the faculty at Yale University Plastic Surgery Dept where he taught for three years.

Dr. Rodriguez was recently president of the Maryland State Society of Plastic Surgeons , John Stage Davis. Dr. Rodriguez is in solo practice and is Chief of Plastic Surgery at Greater Baltimore Medical Center. He has attracted patients from the Eastern Seaboard, the Caribbean and Europe and has performed thousands of medical and cosmetic procedures. His surgical patients have included doctors and nurses. Dr. Rodriguez is fully trilingual, speaking English, Spanish and French.
