Dr. Pettigrew has performed over 4,000 plastic, reconstructive and general surgery procedures. His interests inlude the entire spectrum of cosmetic surgery with particular focus on minimally invasive Endoscopic surgery. These include Breast Augmentation, using both transaxillary and transumbilical (TUBA) approach. He works closely with the Skin Institute and our Estheticians to perform a wide range of skin treatment regimens including chemical peels, bleaching agents, dermabrasion, laser resurfacing, botox injections, collagen and fiber substances. Dr. Pettigrew's expertise also extends into body contouring using a combination of techniques, including syringe liposuction, lipo injection, and short scan endoscopic tummy tuck procedures to achieve dramatic results with minimal incisions. Dr. Pettigrew places patient safety and satisfaction as his number one priority.
