After nearly a decade of a successful academic practice at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Dr. Wells began her Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Office in South Tampa, Hyde Park in 1999.

Dr. Wells has been selected to be included in The Best Doctors in America; Southeast Region from 1996 - 2006 and Redbook Magazine October 2003 issue for Top Breast Cancer Doctors.
