Q. What if a patient has had a cosmetic procedure other than breast augmentation? Can they still refer a patient to me for MemoryGel® breast implants and receive a gift cheque for doing so?
A. No. This program is designed to be a referral program for and about MemoryGel® implants only. Facial, body contouring or saline breast implant patient referrals are not included in the program.
Q. What about Mentor saline implants? Is Mentor offering incentives for saline breast implant referrals?
A. No. This program is for Mentor MemoryGel® Breast implant referrals only.
Q. Can doctors or office staff participate in the program and act as the referral source?
A. No. Doctors can not participate in the program. Only patients who have chosen MemoryGel® Breast implants for their augmentations can participate. If a staff member had an augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel® breast implants prior to October 1, 2010 she can refer up to two patients.
Q. Does the program include a free consultation for the friend?
A. No. Providing a free consultation is your choice.
Q. Will Mentor send the American Express® Gift Cheques to my office so that I can distribute them to my referring patients personally?
A. No. Mentor will send the American Express® Gift Checques directly to your patients. Sending the gift cheques to participating practices is prohibited.
Q. Are there any marketing tools to help me promote this program in my practice?
A. Yes. In addition to the MemoryGel® Referral Program, Mentor offers an additional tool to help promote this program in your practice: A LoveYourLook MemoryGel® Referral Program logo icon that you can easily upload to your website. The icon will link over to the MemoryGel® Referral Program, page on LoveYourLook.com. You will also find the instructions how to upload the icon onto your website.
There is also a promotional countercard available for your office. Please contact your Mentor representative to place your order.
